Inside Theory's Fitness Center

Where Design and Movement Align
The fitness center at Theory is a space designed to perform as well as it looks. Natural light floods through floor-to-ceiling windows, illuminating a full suite of high-performance machines and free weights. Layered lighting, wood-accented ceiling panels, and high-contrast flooring come together to give the gym a sharp, energetic tone.
A thoughtful layout transitions between cardio, strength, and functional training zones. A row of treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes lines the windowed edge of the room, giving every workout a view. Strength training equipment includes cable stations, leg and chest presses, and benches paired with a full rack of dumbbells and kettlebells. For more versatile movement, there’s a functional training rig with ropes, medicine balls, and stability gear, perfect for high-intensity or mobility-focused sessions.
From the spacious layout to the acoustic balance of warm wood against the high-performance equipment, every element makes the gym feel elevated and purpose-built. It’s an extension of our modern apartment building’s ethos: focused on wellbeing through good design.
